Just like the rock it's named for, Obsidian is the perfect blend of hot & cold.  Warm black with a touch of cool crystal, it's smooth satin finish is not even for a sparkle, but not flat enough for a matte.  This color pops enough to stand alone, but blends well with others, it's perfect for a smokey eye.
