To place an order here on our site, simple place the item(s) in your shopping cart & follow the options for payment at checkout. La Vita Lush also participates in Festivals, Fairs, Craft Shows, Popup Shops, & other venues. Connect with us on one of our social media accounts &/or subscribe to our email list to stay connected & find out when we're in your area so that you'll have the opportunity to meet & shop with us in person. We can accept sales via online, telephone, on some of our social media sites, & in person when applicalbe. Our products are also available to purchase in a select few spas's salon's & boutiques. Contact us directly & we'll connect with you with one of our Lush Spa Specialist's & where applicable, one will meet with you about hosting a Spa party or pre-payment sale.
We accept all major credit cards with our online & local venue purchases. Although we cannot process COD orders online, we do accept cash payments on local orders. For all local delivery & pick up orders making cash payment, the order will not be processed until payment is recieved. For all custom & bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to processing, with full payment due upon reciept in local area & prior to the final shipment for online custom & bulk orders. For wholesale purchases, please contact directly for other payment options.
Items are made in small batches &/or to order to provide you with the freshest, highest quality product. Orders ship between 1 to 5 business days and are shipped through USPS.

Due to the nature of our products & our commitment to eliminate the use of harsh preservatives, we do not accept any returns & do not process refunds on items once they have been shipped from our warehouse. Should the customer need to cancel an order after it is placed, but prior to shipment, we will issue a full refund minus a 5% processing & restocking fee. If the request is made within 24hours & the order has yet to be processed when the request is made, then a full refund will be issued. Because customer satisfaction is our primary goal, if there is an issue or complaint with an order, we ask that you contact us immediately by phone or email. Though we do not accept returns or issue refunds, we will gladly explore & offer the best solution available to use to satisfy our customer & rectify any and all issues.
